Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with honeyed warmth and coppery highlights.
Nose
Citrus-forward perfume of lemon and orange zest, layered with honeyed orchard fruit and a kiss of vanilla from the bourbon cask. Subtle maritime spray and sea breeze drift through, while a gentle peat smoke adds a soft coastal smokiness on the nose.
Palate
Silky and sweet, the palate opens with bright citrus and orchard fruit, backed by vanilla and soft toffee from the bourbon hogshead. The texture is creamy and full, packed with flavour, while maritime brine and a whisper of peat smoke weave through, finishing clean, long, and gently smoky.
Finish
Long, coastal finish with bright citrus zest and a gentle kiss of vanilla. Maritime salt and subtle peat linger, easing into toasted oak and a whisper of spice, leaving a refined, warm echo that fades to citrusy brightness.
