Dried plum and raisin mingle with fig, date and candied orange peel, while warm spice—nutmeg, cinnamon, clove—lifts vanilla and toffee. Leather, cocoa and toasted almond underpin a velvety oak, finishing with a hint of resin and soft tobacco.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied and warm, this Blair Athol coats the palate with rich sherry-influenced sweetness. Deep dried fruits: plum, fig and cherry mingle with walnut, cocoa and espresso notes, while orange zest and baking spices ebb and flow through the mid-palate. The 55% ABV lends tingle and length, finishing with polished oak, leather and lingering fruit complexity.
