Colour

Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany sheen.

Nose

Intense peat smoke dominates the nose, sharpened by medicinal iodine and a whisper of ash. Coastal brine threads through the vapors, with dark dried fruit, fig and cocoa nib emerging. Vanilla and subtle spice weave with caramelized sugar, while sherry-influenced oak adds depth, finishing in a warm, resinous, quietly refined aroma.

Palate

Peat-forward and intensely smoky, with medicinal, maritime notes and a resinous backbone. Full, creamy texture carries dark chocolate, roasted coffee and a touch of dried fruit. Spices emerge mid-palate—white pepper and ginger—leading to a long, warming finish of ash, iodine and ember smoke.

Finish

Long, oceanic finish where thick peat smoke lingers, wrapped in warm sherry sweetness. Dried fruits, cocoa and vanilla thread through the palate as the alcohol slowly softens, leaving a resinous, slightly salty ember that gradually fades into smoky oak.
