Colour
Golden-amber with coppery edges and a honeyed glow.
Nose
Rich stewed fruit aromas rise from the glass, joined by bright spice and citrus zest. Toasted oak threads through the bouquet, with a subtle wisp of smoke adding a refined, lingering edge.
Palate
Rich and concentrated, the palate delivers stewed plum and fig, brightened by orange zest. Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg lift the mid-palate, melting into toasted oak and vanilla. A subtle smoke threads through the sweetness, creating a warm, long finish that lingers with quiet authority.
Finish
Long, warming finish of toasted oak with a subtle hint of smoke, lingering on the palate.
