Nose

Honeyed barley, vanilla and toasted oak rise from the glass, carried by a suave sherry sweetness and a whisper of spice, cinnamon and nutmeg, finishing with a warm, resinous woodiness.

Palate

Silky and richly sherried on the palate, with raisin and fig sweetness blossoming into orange zest, toffee and honey. Subtle spice threads weave through polished oak, culminating in a long, warming finish with a hint of caramel and dark chocolate.

Finish

Velvety, long finish with warming spice, dried fruit, and dark chocolate. Sherry-influenced sweetness softens into polished oak, while orange zest and walnut linger on the palate, slowly fading to a refined, gentle warmth.
