Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, opaque mahogany with burnished copper highlights and a garnet-tinged amber core; a rich, syrupy hue that hints at the PX Sherry influence.
Nose
Sticky toffee, plum pudding, ripe apple and malt fuse into a decadent, dessert-forward nose; sherry-rich and inviting, with caramelized fruit and toasted oak.
Palate
Soft yellow plum takes center stage, blossoming into orange jam and apple turnover. The PX influence coats the palate with caramelized fruit, a touch of malt, and gentle spice, finishing warm, velvety, and lingering with orchard sweetness.
Finish
Luxurious PX finish: warm toffee, dried plum and orange marmalade flow into soft spice and oak, with creamy sweetness lingering into a long, velvet fade.
