Colour

Nose

Opulent sherried bouquet of prune, fig and date, wafting with toasted almond and dark cocoa. Spices—cinnamon and clove—mingle with vanilla and warm oak, touched by citrus zest and a whisper of tobacco for a noble, lingering lift.

Palate

Opulent and deeply spiced, the palate coats the tongue with dark fruit, fig and raisin, softened by toffee and vanilla. Orange zest, cocoa and toasted almond mingle with cinnamon and clove, a hint of black pepper and a velvety, syrupy texture from sherry cask maturation. The finish is long and warming, with returning fruit, oak and spice lingering gracefully.

Finish

An opulent, lingering finish of warm sherry and toasted oak, where dark fig and raisin sweetness linger on the palate. Spices unfold—cinnamon and clove—while chocolatey bitterness and velvety tannins fade slowly, leaving a refined whisper of leather.
