The first fully matured 10 year old from stock distilled in the first week of production under the new ownership and another excellent release from this oh so reliable Speyside distillery. This is sure to be a collectors item in the future as it was made up of just four Ex-Bourbon casks specially selected by master distiller Billy Walker.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit gold with a delicate amber halo, a luminous, honey-tinged hue that glows warmly in the glass.
Nose
A seductive nose of layered french toast and pastry, pineapple with a dusting of icing sugar, red cherry jam, marzipan, mango salsa and apricot Danish.
Palate
Silky, mouthfilling, the palate unfolds with buttery pastry, vanilla and cinnamon bun sweetness. Tropical fruit notes emerge—coconut and pineapple—alongside a hint of spicy fruit salsa, while spongecake and honeycomb add softness and depth.
Finish
Pineapple lingers with a dusting of icing sugar, custard tarts and syrupy pancakes, a touch of cinnamon and creme brulee, finishing with generous waves of pineapple and tropical fruit.
