The first fully matured 10 year old from stock distilled in the first week of production under the new ownership and another excellent release from this oh so reliable Speyside distillery. This is sure to be a collectors item in the future as it was made up of just four Ex-Bourbon casks specially selected by master distiller Billy Walker.

Tasting Notes
Nose
A seductive nose of layered french toast and pastry, pineapple with a dusting of icing sugar, red cherry jam, marzipan, mango salsa and apricot Danish.
Palate
Lovely mouthfeel of buttery pastries, tropical fruit, spicy fruit salsa, vanilla, cinnamon buns, spongecake, honeycomb, coconut, pineapple chunks.
Finish
Pineapple with a dusting of icing sugar, custard tarts, pancakes with syrup, cinnamon, creme brulle and more pineapple and tropical fruit than a tropical island.
