Rich and full bodied with sweet fruits, citrus, spice, and unusual savoury flavours of charcuterie, hazelnut, cheese, and cough syrup. Yes it sounds odd, but we think it's great!

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a burnished copper glow and a mahogany edge.
Nose
Spiced pineapple, dried citrus peel and a hint of copper, followed by sweet caramel and coffee. Slightly funky and savoury.
Palate
Classic savoury, richly sherried on the palate, rounds out chewy and generous with butterscotch and hazelnut cream, a touch of oak spice. Tropical fruits surface alongside a trace of dark chocolate bitterness, all wrapped in Ben Nevis funk—pastrami and castor oil—ending savory and enduring.
Finish
Medium length, the finish sustains the savoury, Sherried core with notes of boiled citrus sweets, gingersnaps and a lingering hint of cough syrup.
