An elegant Port wood finished Malt from Balvenie, patiently matured for twenty one long years in Ex-American oak before spending approximately four months in Ex-Tawny Port casks.
Aromas of red berries, strawberry shortbread, cranberries with icing sugar, peppery rose wine, plum jam on rice pudding and a touch of aromatic spice. Lots of soft and creamy red berries yet crunchy wood tannins on the palate, along with eton mess, pink wafers, toasted marshmallows, sugared almonds, turkish delight, floral honey and a sprinkling of raisin chocolate. More red berries (especially cranberry) on the finish, with rose water, strawberry cheesecake, pink candy floss and a touch of cocoa powder.

Crunchy wood tannins provide structure beneath velvet textures of toasted marshmallow, sugared almonds, and Turkish delight. Eton mess and pink wafers echo sweetness as rose water and strawberry cheesecake emerge on the finish, leaving a lingering kiss of cocoa and rose-tinted candy floss.
Finish
Translucent red berry notes linger, with cranberry and rose water giving way to strawberry cheesecake, pink candy floss, and a delicate kiss of cocoa powder.
