Colour
Deep burnished amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany-tinged core.
Nose
Intense peat smoke mingled with rich Oloroso sherry: dark raisin and fig preserve, dried orange peel, cocoa, and toffee. A velvety, unchillfiltered bouquet with spicy leather and warm forest sweetness.
Palate
Rich, dense and warming, this straight-from-the-cask Ballechin delivers a sherry-kissed peat profile. Burnt toffee, fig, plum and raisin unfold with dark chocolate and toasted almond as Oloroso sweetness coats the palate. Velvety peat smoke threads through toasted oak and spice for a full-bodied, viscous mouthfeel. The finish lingers cocoa-rich with warm, enduring peat.

Long, warming finish where peated smoke lingers with rich Oloroso sherry. Dried fig and raisin sweetness mingle with dark chocolate, leather and toasted almond, while baking spices and a peppery bite fade into a refined, lingering warmth.
