Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished gold with warm amber and coppery highlights.
Nose
Elegant, perfumed nose with citrus lift and vanilla, enriched by sherry influence: dried fig, sultana, toasted almond, and a touch of dark chocolate. Subtle oak, spice, and a gentle malty sweetness mingle, inviting a slow, contemplative sip.
Palate
Silky and generous on the palate, rich dried fruits—raisin and fig—nestle with vanilla, toffee and orange zest. Cocoa nibs and almonds unfold with warm oak, a delicate spice and a hint of white pepper. Long, refined finish with sweetness, nutty depth and a touch of sherry maturity.
Finish
Very long, refined finish with almond, fig and raisin over a warm, cocoa-spiked oak. Sherry sweetness persists, woven with orange zest and subtle spice, leaving a silky honeyed glow that lingers softly on the palate.
