Palate

Silky, creamy mouthfeel with candied citrus and orchard fruit, chased by warm honey and vanilla from light sherry oak. Dried fruit notes—dates and figs—merge with almond and soft spice, a whisper of cocoa and hints of toffee. Balanced, medium-bodied, gently warming, with a lingering finish of sweetness, spice, and subtle oak.

Finish

Long and meditative, the finish coats the palate with dusky sherry sweetness, ripe raisins, fig and a thread of dark chocolate, woven with sea-salted caramel and a whisper of spice. It lingers warmly, like a coastal breeze fading into toasted oak and a final kiss of citrus zest.
