Distilled on the 8th August 1996 before a 16 year maturation in a first-fill sherry puncheon.
Bottlled on the 11th December 2012 and there are 583 numbered cask-strength bottles available.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with rich mahogany undertones and a copper glow.
Nose
Freshly cut fruit salad and baked apple rise from the glass, mingled with thick toffee, oak and soft spices. Dried figs thread a raisiny depth, while the cask depth yields a complex, deep richness—an inviting, luxurious sherried aroma with layered sweetness.
Palate
Sticky, rich palate entry. Corinth raisins and hints of milk chocolate atop a biscuity malt core, with a touch of tangy citrus. Lovely sherry backbone - this is an unctuous, fruity malt. A sprinkling of allspice and tropical fruit develop late palate.
Finish
Long and spicy, with lingering clove oil and walnut loaf, finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa.
