Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery shimmer and mahogany undertones, a warm, burnished chestnut glow.

Nose

Opulent sherry-cask aroma: fig, prune and raisin mingle with orange zest and molasses. Vanilla and toffee kiss toasted almond, while cocoa and espresso add depth. Warm spices—cinnamon and clove—linger, supported by oak and a whisper of sea air. A bold, elegant nose that hints at cask-strength intensity yet remains refined.

Palate

Full-bodied and velvety, the palate unfolds with dried fig, plum and orange zest, mingled with dark chocolate and toasted almond. Spices—cinnamon and clove—deliver a warm, peppery glow, while sherry-soaked oak carries to a long, luxurious finish.

Finish

Long, warm and richly sherried, the finish coats the palate with dark fruit, cocoa and toasted oak. Spices linger, weaving into a velvety warmth that slowly fades to a refined, persistent glow.
