Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey highlights.
Nose
Vanilla-forward from the bourbon cask, with creamed caramel and warm oak. Juicy orchard fruit—apple and peach—meets citrus zest, a hint of sea breeze, and a kiss of spice (cinnamon, clove). A silky toffee sweetness lingers, inviting another inhale.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, with indulgent vanilla, toffee and creamy oak from the bourbon cask. Layered with ripe citrus and orchard fruit, notes of baked apple and banana mingle with spice, caramel and a touch of nutmeg, leading to a long, warm, oaken finish.
Finish
Long, warm finish with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel lingering. A creamy, honeyed depth carries gentle spice—cinnamon and white pepper—with bright orange zest lifting the tail, leaving a comforting warmth.
