The longstanding Connoisseurs Choice range is bottled by the family owned firm of Gordon & Macphail, custodian to some of the World's finest and rarest single malts. This particular whisky, from the Arran distillery, was matured for 12 years in refill Bourboin Barrels. The whisky has sweet vanilla and toasted malt aromas, complimented by hints of pear and blueberry. The palate has red apple and banana flavours with a lingering malt chocolate finish.

Sweet vanilla and toasted malt rise on the nose, creamy and inviting. Pear lends a crisp fruit brightness while blueberry adds a gentle, dusky berry note, all resting on a warm malt backbone.

Red apple and banana flavours unfold on the palate, leading to a lingering malt chocolate finish.
Finish
Long, malt-forward and chocolatey, the finish clings with cocoa-malted depth, a gentle sweetness lingering as the fruit notes from the palate slowly recede.
