Tasting Notes
Colour
Sun-kissed golden amber with honeyed hues and a copper-bronze edge, radiant and lively in the glass.
Nose
A delicate, creamy bouquet of white chocolate and bon bons, mingling with sugared almonds and vanilla wafers. Toasted marshmallow lends soft sweetness, while white grapefruit dusted with icing sugar and lemon mousse add zesty lift.
Palate
Apple and pear rise upfront, with coconut fudge and white grapefruit in play. Vanilla icing and marzipan mingle through the mid-palate, while a prosecco-like fizz keeps the texture bright and buoyant.
Finish
An effervescent finish of fizzy sherbet and lime cordial lingers, pairing creamy white chocolate with pear drops, all carried by a whisper of vanillin oak.
