Crackling peat erupts on the palate, pairing tangy lemon and lime with a peppery bite. Black pepper sparks mingle with cinnamon-spiced toffee, while a coastal savouriness threads through, lingering in a long, smoky finish.
Finish
A long, smoky finish where tarry espresso lingers, mingling with aniseed and toasted almonds, with whispers of soft barley and fresh pear.
