Sherry-soaked and richly fruity, this nose offers fig, raisin, and orange zest, with hints of dried date. Roasted almond, cocoa and vanilla mingle with warm cinnamon and clove, underpinned by polished oak. Palate
Silky, medium- to full-bodied, the palate opens with rich dried fruits—raisins, fig, date—alongside dark chocolate, toffee, and orange zest. Sherry influence coats with a syrupy sweetness while warm spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—drift over toasted oak. Creamy vanilla lingers into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Deep, lingering and wine-dark, this finish reveals rich dried fruits—raisins, fig and plum—alongside cocoa, caramel, and nutty oak. Spices glow and fade to a warm, velvety echo.
