Translating as ‘Rare Cask’ in Gaelic, Casg Annamh is created from a limited number of carefully selected casks. These Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry casks/butts have a significant influence on the non-chill filtered liquid and perfectly complement Aberlour’s distillate flavour, bringing sweet and rich notes.
Casg Annamh is a distinctively rich Single Malt providing adventurous malt lovers with the ideal introduction to Sherry cask matured whiskies.

Colour
Deep sun-kissed amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Rich and sweet on the nose, with tangy orange, glazed cherries, raisins and a hint of ginger.
Palate
On the palate, sweet fruit dominates—apple and cinnamon crumble with ripe peaches—framed by warm spice. Notes of liquorice and cloves weave through the fruit, delivering a lush, layered mouthfeel that remains bright yet decadent. The finish is long and rich, fruity with a dry, spicy undertone.
