Aberlour Whisky Sponge Edition No. 92 Multi Vintage 1989 / 1991 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 33 Year Old

(aber-LOW-er) Right in the centre of Aberlour village next to the banks of the Lour Burn the Aberlour distillery sits. In Gaelic Aberlour means “Mouth of the chattering burn”. Sadly in 1898 most of the Aberlour distillery was destroyed by a fire, however this led to the distillery being rebuilt and improvements made in the 1920s, after the second World War, the 1960s and also during the 1970s.
