Chapter Nine is a 30-year-old Speyside single malt from the closed Caperdonich distillery, playfully referred to by Decadent Drinks as “Gone Grant”. Distilled in 1994 and matured in a second-fill barrel, it was bottled in 2024 at 51.5% ABV, with just 215 bottles released. The whisky shows a beautifully fruit-led style, with tropical fruit, honey, vanilla, beeswax and gentle citrus balanced by mature malt and subtle oak.
