Nose
Opulent sherry aroma with dark fruits—raisins, figs, and cherries—woven with orange zest and caramel. Rich cocoa and coffee notes, toasted oak spice (cinnamon, clove), and a faint almond skin. A velvety, resinous undercurrent hints at old casks, delivering warmth and depth before a polished, lingering finish.
Palate
Opulent and assertive on the palate, this Speyside delivers rich dried fruits and dark cocoa, lifted by pronounced sherry sweetness. Fig, caramel and espresso mingle with toasted oak and spice, carried by a velvety, syrupy texture. Long, warming finish with refined bitterness and lingering complexity.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish unfolds with rich sherry-soaked fruit—dried fig, cherry, and raisin—softened by velvety oak. Spices—cinnamon and clove—ignite a warm, resinous tail that lingers, hinting at cocoa nibs and toasted almond as the sweetness fades to a refined, polished dryness.
