Smoked peat and maritime brine dominate, tempered by rich sherry-cask sweetness. Dried fig and prune mingle with dark cocoa and toffee, while cinnamon and clove warm the mid palate. The texture is soft yet confident, leading to a lingering smoky finish with subtle oak and a salt-kissed final whisper.

Finish

Long, coastal finish with brisk peat smoke and salted minerality. Dried fruit and dark chocolate hints unfold from sherry-cask influence, while spicy pepper and oak wrap the tongue. The warmth lingers, leaving a resinous, ember-soft finish that recalls Islay’s sea-breeze and wood smoke.
