Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep burnished amber with mahogany depths and coppery glints—a luxurious, sherry-kissed glow.

Nose

Rich sherry aromas dominate, with dark-fruit notes of raisins, figs and plums, touched by caramelized orange peel and toffee. Spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—linger with hints of dark chocolate and almond, while velvet oak and a whisper of leather round out a sumptuous, warming bouquet.

Palate

Opulent and sherried on the palate, with dark raisin, fig and cherry melding into velvety treacle and cocoa. Dried fruit, orange zest and toasted almond add complexity, while oak lends structure to a warm, mouth-coating finish, gently spiced with pepper and lingering sherry sweetness.

Finish

Long, sherried finish with velvety plum and fig sweetness, dark chocolate depth, and toasted oak; subtly spiced and warming to the last, a lingering ember-soft glow.
