Tasting Notes

Colour

A mosaic of warm golden and amber tones, ranging from pale honey to deep sunlit amber with bronze glints.

Nose

A maritime peat aroma dominates, with smoky tar, iodine and sea-salt evoking Islay shores. Subtle vanilla, citrus zest and dried fruit from sherry casks weave through the smoke, adding sweetness, depth and a lacquered finish.

Palate

Coastal peat and sea-salt linger on the palate, smoky and mineral, with whispers of iodine. Layers of dark chocolate, espresso, and oak spice unfold into a warming finish that carries a subtle sherry sweetness and lingering smoke.

Finish

Long, smoky and maritime, the finish carries peat, sea salt and a whisper of sweetness, slowly fading into warm oak spice that lingers with refined dryness.
