Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with warm honey-gold hues and a subtle coppery glow.

Nose

Vanilla and caramel rise with warm maple, layered over toasted oak. Brown sugar notes mingle with gentle spices—cinnamon and clove—while a hint of creme brulee sweetness and toasted grain lingers, finished by a light char.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied bourbon on the palate, with vanilla bean, caramel and honey riding a creamy mouthfeel. Rich toffee and brown sugar deepen the sweetness while toasted oak provides structure. Spicy warmth emerges mid-palate—cinnamon, nutmeg and a hint of black pepper—leading to a long, comforting finish with lingering oak and caramel sweetness.

Finish

Long, silky and warm, this bourbon coats the palate with honeyed vanilla, toasted oak and caramel. Cinnamon spice threads through, fading to a refined, lingering finish with a soft char and comforting warmth.
