The result is a complex and rich Single Malt that delivers a wealth of complexity, with flavours of cinnamon, dried fruit, banana and classic sherry oak depth.

From your first sip of this fifteen year old expression, you’ll fully appreciate that time maturing exclusively in the finest sherry oak casks. The result is a fruity Whisky with baked apples, sweet spice and zesty mandarines on the nose, A smooth palate of apricots, sultanas, raspberries and nuts, with a medium finish that's sherried, malty and spicy.

Tamdhu matures exclusively in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. This Single Malt owes its deep copper hue and rich complex taste to maturing for over a decade and a half in this scarce wood.

Colour
Deep copper with warm amber and mahogany highlights.
Nose
Sherry-kissed and inviting, the nose blends cinnamon-dusted dried fruit and banana from the 12-year with baked apples, sweet spice and mandarin zest from the 15-year. The longer maturation adds a deep, nutty, toffee-rich richness, with almond and orange peel lingering in a lush sherry oak glow.
Palate
Opulent, sherry‑kissed palate across the trio: warm cinnamon and dried fruit with banana sweetness from the 12-year; apricots, sultanas, raspberries and nuts on the 15-year, delivering a malty, softly spiced backbone; and a final cloak of deep, velvety oak from the 18-year, yielding a rich, lingering, sherried finish.
Finish
An opulent, lasting finish in sherry oak: warm spice and cinnamon unfold into dried fruit and almond sweetness, cloaked in velvety malt. A hint of orange zest and cocoa lingers, gradually fading into refined warmth and a subtle nutty dryness.
