Colour

Radiant golden amber with coppery highlights.

Nose

Autumnal warmth opens to sweet peat and char, with chimney smoke curling through the glass. Very soft medicinal Islay notes emerge, delicate and inviting.

Palate

A delicate, inviting sweetness lingers on the palate, pairing butterscotch and custard creams with peaty, phenolic depth. Sweet barbecue notes of crispy bacon on maple-drenched pancakes, punctuated by salted popcorn. Peppery hints emerge with water, sharpening the finish.

Finish

Sweet, with a gentle, warming spice that lingers gracefully.
