Colour

Nose

Opulent and inviting, the nose marries warm bourbon vanilla with lush sherry sweetness. Toasted oak, caramel and creamy toffee form a velvety base, while dark fruits—raisin, fig and dried cherry—add depth. A whisper of cocoa and orange zest, plus cinnamon spice, hints at refined sherried richness.

Palate

Silky vanilla and toffee from the bourbon cask fuse with sherry’s dried fruit, cocoa and dark cherry. Raisin, fig and toasted almond mingle with cinnamon and nutmeg as velvety oak supports the palate. Supple texture, balanced and long, with warm caramel, red fruit and a whisper of spice.

Finish

Long, warming finish that marries bourbon vanilla with sherried fruit, drifting into cocoa, orange zest and toasted spice. The sweetness lingers gracefully, carried by elegant oak and a subtle peppery warmth.
