Pale gold with a delicate straw-honey tint and a bright, sunlit glow.

Nose

Grapefruit pith and yellow plum lead, with vanilla-wood warmth and pear drops. Fresh mint and basil hint at herbaceous brightness, while apple cores meet a whisper of ginger and white pepper.

Palate

Silky almond croissants meet bright white grapefruit and crisp green apples on the palate, interwoven with peppery-vanilla-ginger spice and cool menthol-basil notes that lift the finish.

Finish

Silky and playful, the finish unfolds with sugared almonds and white grapefruit dusted with ginger powder, drifting into milky rice pudding notes, while candyfloss-green grapes and a sherbet fizz linger.
