Nose
Soft, inviting nose of vanilla and honey layered over warm cereal malt. Subtle orchard fruit—apple and pear—meets a citrus lift, while delicate oak and toffee add gentle sweetness. A whisper of spice and almond keeps it refined and approachable, finishing with a clean, grain-driven elegance.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate with balanced sweetness and grainy depth. Honeyed vanilla, pear and citrus peel weave with soft malt and a touch of almond. Subtle spice and light oak add structure, fading to a warm, clean finish with a gentle, peppery afterglow.
