Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery shimmer and a subtle ruby-tinged glow, hinting at its port-cask finish.

Nose

A spicy, enticing nose opens to liquorice and sweet citrus, with ripe pears and delicate Turkish delight. A whisper of cold espresso threads through, adding a cool, caffeinated edge that lingers as the aroma unfolds.

Palate

Rich and sweet on the palate, Turkish delight, pears and oranges mingle with lush oak, vanilla and creamy caramel, with hints of exotic spice.

Finish

Long, lingering and honeyed, this finish drapes the palate in sweet fruit and spice. Port-cask sophistication emerges with vanilla and creamy caramel, weaving through orange zest and Turkish delight, leaving a warm, velvety glow that slowly fades into spice-dusted oak.
