Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a subtle coppery shimmer.

Nose

Rich and complex, the aroma opens with an early hint of peat, complemented by inviting sweet sherry-cask notes and a subtle malt echo.

Palate

Smooth and well balanced, the palate offers vanilla warmth, a peppery bite and lush vine-fruit notes of raisins, dates and sultanas, all carried on a soft malt backbone.

Finish

Sherry notes taper away as peat lingers, leaving a bold malt backbone that carries depth and character through a warm, lasting finish.
