Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural, pale golden hue with honeyed amber highlights.
Nose
Ripe dried fruits and orange zest mingle with honeyed orchard notes, lifted by sherry warmth. Vanilla, toffee and cinnamon weave with nutmeg, while dark chocolate and toasted oak create a velvety, inviting nose that promises depth and warmth.
Palate
On the palate, bright orchard fruit and citrus give way to a rich tapestry of dried fruit, toffee and dark chocolate. Sherried warmth coats the malt with honeyed spice—nutmeg and clove—over a velvety, creamy mouthfeel. Oak-driven vanilla lingers into a long, warming finish with raisin and orange zest.
Finish
Long, warming finish of toasted oak and sherry-softened malt. Dried fruit, cocoa and spice unfold slowly, leaving a lasting, elegant warmth that lingers with a honeyed malt glow.
