Rich deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Elegant Highland aroma of ripe orchard fruits, fig and raisin, caressed by sherry’s chocolatey richness. Hints of orange zest, toasted almond, and vanilla weave through polished oak, with a whisper of spice. Airy, creamy, and richly inviting, it promises a supple, serenely sweet palate.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied and refined, the palate carries a rich tapestry of dried fruit—fig, date, raisin—brightened by orange zest and a kiss of dark chocolate. Sherry-cask maturity blankets the mid-palate with velvety oak, weaving spice—clove, cinnamon, nutmeg—with coffee and cocoa notes. The finish is long and warming, with toffee, dried fruit, and a touch of leather.

A long, luxurious finish of dark fruit and cocoa, woven with spice and sherry sweetness, tapering to warm oak and a gentle, lingering warmth.
