This Islay-inspired blended malt bottled by Thompson Bros was finished in a Malaga cask, marrying robust peat with Andalusian sweetness. Expect tarry smoke wrapped in walnut oil, muscovado sugar, dates and savoury umami notes. The palate balances heavy smoke with dark fruit richness and spice, leading to a punchy, drying finish.
