Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden amber with honeyed warmth and a coppery glow.
Nose
Sun-warmed Galia melon and apricot mingle with crisp cucumber, waxed lemons and green apples. Lemongrass lends lift while lime cordial and grapefruit bitters sharpen the frame. Green peppercorns and capers in brine add savory bite, wreathed in coastal peat and the faint glow of beach bonfires.
Palate
Greengage and cantaloupe mingle with banana smoothie, lemon oil and grapefruit juice, tempered by capers, lemongrass and thyme, a drizzle of 1st-press olive oil, candlewax and a gentle, warming smoke.
Finish
Bright lemon balm and thyme linger on the finish, with camphor and earthy peat weaving through a gentle coastal smoke. A long, waxy coating lingers on the palate, slowly fading as warmth returns.
