This small-batch blended Scotch whisky is composed of carefully chosen single-malt and single-grain whiskies. They have all been aged for more than 6 years before being blended and rested, and then bottled by Thompson Bros at Dornoch Distillery.
They have selected the components of the whisky to celebrate sherry maturation, and its character is inspired by the sherry-forward blends of the past.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a hint of mahogany in the depths.
Nose
Aromas of plum sauce and miso mingle with Maggi, while golden sultanas, cinder toffee and coffee crème pâtissière weave a rich, inviting sweetness.
Palate
On the palate, golden sultanas mingle with raisin loaf, resting on buttered Jamaica cake. Maple sweetness unfolds, balanced by toasted cinnamon, delivering a warm, comforting spice.
Finish
Soft warm spices, with allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon, linger, complemented by orange peel and dried figs for a refined, lingering finish.
