The series brings together stories, anecdotes, drawings and photographs to showcase how The Macallan grew from a remote farmstead on the River Spey to become a world-renowned single malt whisky recognised for its incomparable craftsmanship and creativity.

Nose
Sun-kissed golden sultanas and ripe dates lead the aroma, folded with sweet berry compote and a crack of toffee brittle. Lemon peel brightens the middle with a cinnamon-spiced lift, while a subtle anise note threads through, finishing with polished, inviting depth.
Palate
A lush palate of sweet raisin and sultana notes unfolds with warming ginger, bright lemon and orange zest, and a core of toffee, balanced by lingering sweet oak.
