Silky and sherried, the palate unfolds with fig, raisin and orange zest glazed in toffee. Rich spice—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—meets dark chocolate, espresso and dried cherry, all wrapped in velvety oak. Creamy texture with a gentle bite of tannin leads to a long, warming finish of fruitcake, cocoa and spice.
