Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a luminous copper glow and mahogany undertones; a toasted honey-gold hue that glows warmly in the glass.
Nose
Opulent sherry aroma drenches the nose, with dried fig and raisin, orange peel and dark toffee, eased by walnut and polished oak. Leather, cocoa and gentle spice drift through a velvety, nutmeg-kissed sweetness, hinting at decades of patient maturation in a rare, cask-imparted elegance.
Palate
Silky, opulent on the palate, a sherry-rich core of fig and prune, brightened by orange zest and dark chocolate. Rich dried fruit sits on polished oak, threaded with cinnamon and clove spice, delivering a refined, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is long and elegant, with leather, tobacco and espresso hints lingering.
Finish
Opulent and long, this finish layers warm sherry sweetness with dried fig, orange peel and cocoa, accompanied by delicate spice. Velvet oak fades into a refined, lingering warmth.
