Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold sheen and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent sherry-drenched bouquet: dark raisins and fig, orange zest, toffee and cocoa, vanilla bean, cinnamon and clove, with polished oak and a whisper of leather.
Palate
Silky, luxurious on the palate, with prune and raisin sweetness balanced by orange zest and dark toffee. Sherry-influenced oak brings chocolate, espresso, and spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—leading to a warm, lingering finish of polished oak and subtle tobacco.
Finish
An exceptionally long, luxurious finish. Dried fig and orange zest mingle with cocoa and toffee, while silky oak carries gentle sherry spice. Cinnamon and clove drift away into a warm, refined echo.
