Colour
Luminous deep copper-amber with mahogany edges and a warm, sunlit honey glow.
Nose
Sumptuous Medjool dates, sweet baked figs and rich milk chocolate, accompanied by delicate hints of honey and tropical notes of dried mango and ripe papaya, all enveloped by complex sweet oak.
Palate
A generous wave of sweetness coats the palate, with sherry-seasoned dried fruits, orange marmalade and honeycomb taking centre stage, while soft ginger and cinnamon unfold, leaving a warm, lingering finish of spice and refined sweetness.
Finish
Caramelised pineapple bursts forth, leaving a long, creamy vanilla finish that is beautifully balanced by subtle dark chocolate and coffee.
