Colour
Dark amber with coppery highlights and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
An inviting, warm bouquet of rich fruitcake and sticky toffee, with spicy dried fruit and French toast. Honeyed roasted nuts mingle with creamy fudge, while whispers of rum and raisin, ripe fig and marzipan weave through fruit and nut chocolate.
Palate
Rich and spicy dried fruit envelope the palate, with Dundee cake soaked in sherry, and toasted aromatic spices. Raisin bread sweetness glides into runny honey, while praline adds creamy depth, finishing with a warm whisper of toffee apple.
Finish
Dark honey coats buttered brown toast, unfolding with warm aromatic spices. Baked apples stuffed with sultanas linger alongside a kiss of fruit and nut chocolate, leaving a comforting, dessert-like finish.
