Palate
Viscous and bold, this single cask unveils vanilla, caramel and coconut from American oak, layered with toffee. Orange zest and ginger thread through the sweetness, while sturdy oak tannins give structure. At cask strength, a peppery, warming spice builds to a long, resinous finish with chocolatey echoes and lingering oak.
