The English Whisky Co love a royal occasion and choose great whiskies to celebrate. Finished in French Sauternes casks, this is packed wiith sweet vanilla, apricot and banana notes. Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich golden amber with sunlit honey hues.

Nose

Sweet with warm vanilla, mingled with toffee, apricot and mixed spice. Hints of figs, dates, cloves and orange unfold, while a subtle banana aroma and whispers of brandy snaps add playful complexity. Rich, very complex.

Palate

Creamy and spicy, with vanilla and toffee leading the palate, joined by cloves and mixed spice. Notes of crème brûlée and bread-and-butter pudding unfold, with a playful echo of brandy snaps.

Finish

Luxuriously long and rich, the finish coats the palate with vanilla and toffee, then drifts through apricot and banana fruit, while gentle spice lingers in a creme brulee glow, leaving a refined, dessert-like warmth.
