Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-tinged edges and mahogany undertones, a warm, honey-gold glow that speaks to sherry-cask maturity.

Nose

Gentle smoke mingles with raisins, dried fruit and candied peel. Dates and maraschino cherries yield to a hint of marzipan, while soft warm leather lends depth. A waft of lightly charred oak completes the aromatic tapestry.

Palate

Creamy, rich and slightly oily on the palate, with a soft, spicy sweetness. Dry with pronounced oak and woody overtones. Fruit notes emerge, cherries dominating the profile.

Finish

Floral notes drift through the finish, with a delicate honeyed sweetness that lingers. A long, elegant fade carries gentle warmth and a touch of sherry-inflected richness, leaving the palate with a refined, persistent glow.
