Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a warm coppery glow.
Nose
Smoked oatmeal and cereal notes rise from the glass, joined by stewed rhubarb. Earthy chocolate lingers, while peppery, smoked green apples lend a crisp, orchard-edge brightness to the aroma.
Palate
Smoked toffee apple leads the palate, with spicy, peppery malt giving warmth and bite; buttery biscuits cradle the sweetness as dark honey lingers, delivering a comforting, lingering finish.
Finish
Earthy smoked chocolate lingers with toffee apples, peppery oak, and smoked mocha, then a gentle kiss of heather honey and fruitcake.
